TRYP hotels have long been a well know brand in Europe & the Americas and do not disappoint with their first US venture. The hotel was newly built in 2011 with every attention to detail. Situated just south of Times Square, the hotel is a short walk to Broadway shows or the High Line and a quick subway ride anywhere in the city. The lobby invites you to connect as you walk in. There's a media wall with several screens going showing everything from sports to their Tripadvisor reviews and their Twitter timeline. If you tweet at the hotel, their concierge will respond to suggest a restaurant in your area or some interesting site you shouldn't miss while out on the town. The Gastropub is just off to the left serving tapas and libations nightly and a lovely breakfast buffet in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and light, with complimentary WiFi and a mini fridge in each room. They have a variety of rooms to fit every traveler's needs, even family rooms that can sleep between 6-8. The TRYP's location, amenities and staff make this a hidden gem that won't stay hidden very long.

Live and play like a local making the most of all New York has to offer and “Own the City”.The hotel's décor is a whimsical blend featuring our Mediterranean origins and New York City chic with some of the largest rooms found in NYC (up to 455 square feet) accommodating up to 8 persons with 10 foot ceilings, reclaimed wood floors and fantastic New York City views. Our specialty accommodations include Family rooms offer bunk beds and sleep sofas, Fitness rooms provide travelers with exercise equipment and workout clothing, Samsung Experience rooms include with blue ray DVD players, surround sound and popcorn machines and Premium rooms feature two bathrooms, dividable spaces and NYC views.
