The TownePlace Suites Meeting Room is a 628 square foot space located down the hall from Lobby on the first floor. Several room set-up options are available including, but are not limited to, Classroom Style, Boardroom/Conference Style, Square-Shaped, and U-Shaped. The Meeting Room can accommodate up to 15 guests. Complimentary parking offered to all meeting attendees. Complimentary wireless Internet service, flat screen TV (wall mounted), dry erase board and projector screen (upon request only). Digital projector, speaker phone, and flip chart for an additional $25 each. Complimentary water/coffee available upon request. You are welcome to bring in your own food/drinks at no cost. A full, hot breakfast is available upon request for $5 per person (complimentary breakfast for hotel guests).
