We have stayed here before and found the staff helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for getting around the area. I always like that they have a makeup mirror available for use. The lighting for makeup could be a bit better.

Your hotel was okay but I've definitely have experienced much better for the same price or less no microwave in room very basic food lunch/dinner menu no room service and not able to order out seeing your lunch/dinner menu is very limited and basic, your racquetball and basketball facilities were excessively cold and your billiards accessories were unexceptionable (very light pool sticks and no chalk for them) and the employees in the restaurant didn't understand English very well. More than likely I will not be visiting crown plaza in the future and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
