Staff was helpful upon checking. Room was not ready but elevator was not working on one side of Hotel. Staff found a room quickly on the other side of Hotel in litte time. There were two large group weddings that weekend. Staff kept rooms and lobbies clean. Excellent service. I recommend this hotel.
Came to a Convention and had the best room. Clean as a whistle. The staff amazing. Friendly and helpful.
Mercedes, the lady at the front desk did what she could to get us in a room early. We had to dress up for a wedding. She understood my situation and helped us out!

Whatever she called the pool would you feel home the room was fine and well equipped for handicapped.
People are very helpful here and easy to deal with. The check in was quick and easy. Room is clean and comfortable.
