Disappointed to find ants in room, left pizza box on desk and came back to room to find a bunch of tiny ants in box and all over desk. I had to use my Lysol spray to kill them on the desk, I took the box and gave it to the front desk to discard. I informed the front desk upon check out that I spotted more ants in the room the next morning. The same person was working the desk and was aware of the ants from the night before. I was told the General Manager would be made aware, but disappointed that nothing was offered to discount the room because of the ants. I should have requested to switch rooms as soon as those ants were found, but I chose to try to take care of the issue in my own. Next time I will be the squeaky wheel.

Front desk was unable to accommodate me with a higher floor room even though it's listed in my Hilton honors profile. The guest over me were the worst checked out early because I was unable to sleep in due to the heavy walking and noise in the common area.

Service was excellent when checking in, room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was available in the room as well as a fridge. Internet service was available as well. Overall a very good experience.
