I called the hotel directly when I made reservations and thought I was getting the best price. It turns out my call was forwarded to a third party and I paid over 120 dollars more for the room than the hotel would have charged. I feel totally taken advantage of and extremely disappointed in the hotel industry.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, but it was the worst nights stay! The bed was extremely hard and there was a funky odor from the bedspread. They do a nice job with the breakfast, but it was a lot of money for no sleep and a back ache!
