Hotels not bad but the beds are the worst I'd compare it to sleeping on a concrete floor we actually got out of the bed an went an slept on a pull out bed it wasn't much better..

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I was only disappointed when I made the reservation and said I had cats, your representative assured me that the pet fee was refundable upon checkout. This was not the case and I paid more than I wanted for the room.

As a culinary graduate from the CIA in Hyde park the kitchen did not contain the basic utensils for basic cooking. Also you have a bbq outside but no utensils to use the bbq. I also want to add that those families that have dogs it's a must that you pick up your dogs poop. We saw a lot of dogs poop not being picked up. Those families that do not pick up their dogs waste should Be charged extra. It makes it worse for the other families that follow the rules.
