When I arrived. I knew in 20 minutes and especially after entering my room, that I could stay at this property. The worst smell and goss building I 've ever been at. I departed in 20 minutes and was able to secure another reservation at a much cleaner hotel. I anticipate a refund fully and especially after the reservation service person quoted me the wrong available shuttle services to airport.

The only good thing about staying here was the staff. They were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were large but terribly outdated. It was not clean and we were afraid to even sleep in the bed. The bed looked and felt clean. I apologize for giving such a negative review but I am being honest. Our flight got cancelled along with hundreds of others. I was charged $200 for about a 7 hour stay. I am retired military, member of Triple A and registered with Choice Hotels. I felt taken advantage of because of the circumstances.

In addition to our 119 room hotel we have a sizeable meeting space for social gatherings as well as a large pool and patio area for relaxation. Our convenient location 5 miles from Center city “Uptown” Charlotte nightlife and restaurants. The Premium Outlets is minutes away for any shopping needs. Complimentary WI-FI(high speed)access, modest fitness center and Daily fresh baked cookies. In the morning a warm complimentary Hot and fresh country Breakfast and Gourmet coffee. We hope to make your stay with us a comfortable and worry-free experience.
