Our stay started out with a representative from the hotel coming to pick us up at the airport. The driver was very nice, but I began to worry when I realized the van that was picking us up had been in an accident and the sliding door was quite damaged. When entering the van, the seats were very stained and dirty. There were wrappers all over the floor. When we got to the hotel the man that checked us in was pleasant. I noticed that this hotel was privately owned. We just had stayed in a Comfort Inn & Suites in Port Canaveral, FL. It was a beautifully keep hotel. When we got to our room, it was so dirty it was uncomfortable. The floor was really dirty with many sticky stains. The bathroom floor had not been swept. The toilet and tub were clean. The pillow cases were stained with brown spots. The bed was comfortable.

Convenient to the airport with regular shuttle service and very pleasant staff. The rooms are basic with the usual amenities and the beds are comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. A very nice Nigerian restaurant is next door. Their food was new to us but delicious!

Convenient hotel, not over the top expensive. The shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. The night manager was fabulous! He was helpful and happy and a delight. After our dreadful American Airlines experience, he felt it was up to him to make my husband and me happy!
