Very noisy neighbors at 1:30 in the morning. Quieted down when ai called and security, was not good dice I had to get up st 5:00.

Our room was well-appointed but we did not expect to pay $25 for one night's parking (and no other option) and almost $30 for breakfast of yogurt and muffins and fruit for one adult and two kids. It turned out that this not-inexpensive hotel is located in a part of "old" Oakland where there is a convention center but also a lot of shuttered businesses and few services are available. Thus guests are more or less forced to use the Courtyard's parking service and to eat in the pricey cafe. We will not stay here again.
