There were two bugs in the bed and I am hoping and praying that I do not get bedbugs from your facility. I reported the bugs to two different front desk people and they said they would report it to the maintenance staff.

My first out of two nights was wonderful. Tonight I've begged front staff to make the people across the hall to please quite down as they are going room to room slamming the door. I am still listening to it except it's worse at 10:35pm. I plan to speak with management tomorrow. Here on a business trip and have to be up early. The staff, the restaurant and the hotel were wonderful. It's sad that after three trips and a video on my phone it didn't stop. I did request to be moved as well.

We arrived and the adjoining room that we requested was not available, however, Anastasia went out of her way to check for one. She was very pleasant and helpful! So glad that this hotel is dog friendly. Our entire family felt welcome. The building and rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. I recommend this hotel!

We came through during the Thanksgiving holiday. We intended to use this Hotel both on our way to St Louis and on our way home. Do to extenuating circumstances we couldn't stay there on the way back through. We called and cancelled and they told us we were still going to be billed for $200 for the night (EVEN THOUGH WE DIDNT STAY THERE) We called Hotel planner and they said they would try to get them to allow us this cancellation without getting charged. NO LUCK.....on our VISA statement we were billed for the entire amount Even though WE DID NOT STAY. We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. SORRY
