This was my granddaughters first time to go to a Casino so since we were in Shreveport for her doctors appointment, I decided to book here and take her to a Casino for the first time. We ate dinner there and went to the Casino and had a fun time, it actually was very clean with hardwood floors. There was only one towel and a couple of washcloths so I called the front desk and they immediately sent a completely new set of towels, wash clothes, hand towels, etc… So all turned out fine. Very safe place to stay with plenty of elevators. Will be staying here again next time.

Safely and security are most important to me, as well as good customer service. I love having a covered garage for parking and safety for myself and my vehicle and being out of the weather.

We chose the Horseshoe to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary as we have for several past anniversaries and I will say it is just as much fun and relaxing as the first time we came back in 2001.The staff is helpful and friendly, the food and entertainment is good and the slots are fun to play because you can actually win. Our room is recently remodeled on the 16th floor overlooking the city and the Red River. Just beautiful! We have tried the other casinos but we keep coming back to the Horseshoe casino, it is the BEST!
