Property Description
Recently completed 8 million dollar renovation, located in Isla Verde, one of the premier and most exclusive tourist districts in the Island. Two miles away from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and steps away from Isla Verde Beach. Just Minutes away from Old San Juan, all local attractions, restaurants, night life and business districts.Our breakfast will be served in our fully redesigned Gastrobar. We will offer complimentary Wi-fi internet throughout the entire property.The Hotel is 100% non-smoking property, has 109 rooms, 23 Premium Rooms and 5 Family Rooms with extra bedding and bunk beds among them. All rooms are equipped with 39” LCD TV's with HD channels, either one King bed or two Full beds with media boards, iHome dock station radio/alarm clock, Puerto Rican coffee/ tea maker, work desk, complimentary microwave and mini fridge are available upon request, complimentary water bottle upon arrival, signature brand bathroom amenities, iron and ironing board and in-room safe. Hotel facilities include 24/7 fitness center, business center, outdoor pool, guest self-service laundry with free detergent and two on- site restaurants. Emigrante Restaurant and Gastrobar offers a unique experience of modern fusion cuisine, open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch on Sundays. Faccio Restaurant is open daily from 11am - 10pm

Wyndham Hotel and Resorts "Count on us" Health, Safety, and Security protocols are in place. Additional guidelines and protocols from the PR Tourism Company have been implemented and hotel has been certified clean and inspected by this same Organization. These new Health and Safety guidelines and protocols have been approved by the CDC, World Health Organization and local health department. Public areas are clean and disinfected on an hourly basis and contactless pay method is offered to all guest. Disinfecting wipes are offered to all guest upon check-in. Temperature checks and health travel declaration are required to complete upon check-in. Ecolab cleaning and disinfecting approved chemicals are use in hotel. Facial mask and social distancing is required at all times.
