When we made the reservation a week prior, we asked for the first floor with two beds. When we got there, we were told our room was on the 3rd floor. After I said we didn't need a handicapped room(my mom is 96yr.) or two beds, they were very accommodating and got us a room on the first floor at no extra charge.It was large and clean.They had a good variety on the breakfast buffet.

Holiday inn express is my go to place now. This one in Raleigh is even more exceptional. Always great rooms and employees. This time we had a small problem with the receptacle in our bathroom and it was taken care of in minutes. Add that to the chocolate chip 🍪 cookies we recieved when we checked and we give them a six star rating.Our third time here.
