My girlfriend and I have stayed here several times and we've always had a very positive experience. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I've been to several other hotels in the area and none of them have staff as helpful and friendly as this place. They always make it easy and they work hard to do everything they can to help their customers. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean and inexpensive hotel.

Just north of Downtown Seattle located on popular Aurora Ave. Placed in the unofficial Korean district of Seattle and is easily accessible from I-5 freeways. Our building was renovated in 2008 and we offer free wifi and continental breakfast to all our guests. We guarantee lowest prices amongst our local competitors and do not sacrifice quality for these prices. We hope to see you soon!

We here at Americas Inn and Suite do offer housekeeping services. Any guest staying for a week, or more are mandated to have a full service to the room once a week. We do a daily change in towels and service of taking out trash. Housekeeping services ends at 2 pm and is not offered on the weekends unless special request is put into the system.
