When I arrived the ladies was very nice and polite. Get to the room it was nice. I expected it to be a little better. Everything was going good. Until the next morning me and my fiancé went out for breakfast. To come back @ 10:43am we can't get back in the room. Which we paid for a 3:00pm late check out. I go to the office to let them know we couldn't get back in the room. She says oh it's lock you have a 11:00am check out …. I say no a three o clock check out. For one it's not even 11 o'clock if it was an early check out. She couldn't explain to me why the door was locked before our check out time. She was very unprofessional. I keep asking her for management she kept saying she's the manager….. Didn't give me the management information upon my request. I work customer service for 15yrs to know this was unacceptable. I came there to release stress only to get it build back up…. I'm very disappointed!!

The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I definitely enjoyed myself with my woman. I do really like the place and would recommend it to friends and family.

Property is super clean and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are very nice and properly decorated and maintained. I think the property has a certain amount of “class” that most properties that offer the same amenities lacks.

"The best romantic rendezvous."

I think this is by far the best place I have ever stayed that was part of a romantic trip. Everything was amazing and was not in any way seedy or sleezy like hotels that offer the same experience. This is the perfect escape for lovers.
