While making the reservation I was assured that our room would be handicap access with a "walk in" shower and an "easy chair". The room had a bathtub shower and no easy chair. The desk clerk informed me that they didn't have any rooms with walk in showers or easy chairs. We were very disappointed in the condition of the property with cracks and holes in the pavement and our room was quite dirty, especially the floor. The included breakfast was very marginal and the room used for eating was very small and part of the lobby.
