I love the location to the Civic Center, the parking garage, the catwalk from hotel to Civic Center. Nothing better than going across the street to grab a pizza and drink at Hoops. Hotel is clean and very accommodating.

Bistro was overpriced and I asked for three diffetent items for bkfst and they had none of thosee items. Need directions on how to operate the television, the channels, etc. The automatic scrolling was too fast to read. Shower needed some instruction signage.

The staff was wonderful, pleasant and very helpful. However my complaint comes from our room shower not having hot water, I took a cold shower on both days that I stayed and the TV channels some of the channels didn't work, very little to watch.
