I would like to say a heartfelt thank you To Manager Joanna B. For greeting me with an infectious smile, warm conversation and guest satisfaction. She exemplifies what true leadership is. It's so organic. Manager Joanna B should be promoted to executive level so she may develop modules of how one should train staff and execute with precision the mission and goals of Hilton. She deserves a raise as well. I observed that she gives her heart and soul, into all that she does. Mgr Joanna B. is truly a shining example of professionalism and dedication to duty.
