I booked the hotel for a family break while attending a wedding in Caversham. The booking process was smooth, and it was easy to add an extra night. The hotel is in a great location, close to the railway station, center shops, pubs, and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and housekeeping serviced them daily. The restaurant was well stocked for breakfast, and the staff during breakfast were polite and helpful.I would definitely stay at the IBIS in Reading again in the future.
