Only 20 metres from the sea and the nearest beach, Rosic Apartments is just a 10-minute walk away from Tivat's town centre. Each room has a well equipped kitchen, balcony and air conditioning. All rooms have soundproofed windows. The kitchens come with utensils, glasses, cutlery and dishes. The balconies are fitted with garden furniture and some offer views of the Bay of Kotor and Porto Montenegro. In the living area, guests can find a comfortable sofa, flat-screen cable TV and coffee table. Ironing facilities are also provided in each apartment.
