Property Description

The apartment is situated in via Zucchelli 29/A but check-in has to be done at the Hotel Cecil in via Francesco Crispi 55 (about 100mt from the apartment) where you will get your apartment-key. On your arrival we require a deposit of 100€ (in cash) which will be returned to you on your departure when the key is returned to the front desk of Hotel Cecil. You can check in at any time before 7 pm but the apartment won't be ready until 2pm, check-out has to be done for 10.30 am; if necessary you can leave your luggage at Hotel Cecil in the luggage deposit room. If you wish we can arrange for you a transfer from and to the airport. Even during your stay the Hotel Cecil Reception will be at your disposal and will try to make your stay even more unforgettable, providing you information about tours, public transport, the most famous artistic and historical sites, as well as the best typical restaurants and bars in the area where you may taste traditional Italian dishes and beverages. Our studio is a cosy one-bedroom apartment (size about 25-30 sqmt) and is composed of a bedroom with queen-size-bed or 2 single beds, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating (personally controlled), TV, entry-phone. On your arrival the apartment will be provided with clean linen ; daily room service or different arrangment
