Property Description

The Jardines del Turia apartments are located in a recently built property with elevator and private parking with direct access to the floors. It consists of 2 neighboring buildings that offer different types of apartments: loft, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom penthouse and 3-bedroom penthouse. All apartments are exterior and have great natural light. They are completely furnished with air conditioning and heating, iron, flat screen tv, etc. The kitchen also has microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils for cooking (plates, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, etc.) The sheets and towels and initial and final cleaning are included in the rates offered. Should you require extra cleaning or towels during a long stay, we will send you detailed prices. The Jardines del Turia building is located in the heart of the city of Valencia allowing customers to visit on foot around the old town. In addition, there are bus stops and subway stations nearby that connect with other areas of the city (City of Arts and Sciences, Malvarrosa beach, etc.)
