Property Description

Motel 6 Dumfries is a newly renovated property which opened on Friday February 5th, 2016. Not your typical Motel 6, this property has immaculate rooms with a luxury feel. Hardwood flooring, microwaves and refrigerators in every room. Seasonal pool, guest laundry and fitness center. Our experienced and friendly staff is really what sets us aside from other hotels. Our goal southern hospitality and make our guests feel at home. Located conveniently off Highway 95 at exit 152A. Area attractions include; Potomac Mills outlet mall, Marine Corps Base Quantico, National Museum of the Marine Corps, FBI Academy, Hylton Chapel and Quantico National Cemetery.

Green Sustainability

Our hotel has replaced 60% of our toilets in 2018 and will replace the remaining toilets before the end of 2018, replacing 3.5 gallons per flush toilets with 1.28 gallons per flush toilets. We have replaced nearly all the lighting throughout the property, including exterior lighting and inside the guest rooms with LED lighting using less significantly less energy than before.
