We came down to support our sister/sister in law while her husband was in the hospital. Within hours after we settled into our room at the hotel, he passed. Your staff helped us navigate the Internet in setting up additional rooms for when our husbands came down for the funeral, making sure we had the right bed allocations for each couple and made sure the transition was flawless during this difficult time. Jaime and your front office manager, I somehow forgot to get her name my apologies, were instrumental in this process. The room service staff were professional and did an excellent job in keeping our rooms spotless and the restaurant staff were friendly and made sure our coffee cups were always full. Also the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Everyone who knew our circumstances expressed their sympathy to us and made us feel loved. They were all wonderful and all deserve raises. Thank you for making a difficult less stressful. We will be back.

My room is comfortable with A/C, king bed, sofa, workstation, TV, delightful walk in shower. The room was impeccably clean when I arrived and I'm very happy with the accommodations. Had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. My server was friendly and brought the food quickly. Right now I'm enjoying the time to unwind before heading back to Chicago.
