The rooms are ancient. There is no internet. The coffee is on a counter in a single thermos. Questions are answered in a way that conveys disregard for the customer. Every room air conditioner has a bucket sitting outside to collect condensation. Our door was weak could have been pushed in. The window in our room was broken.Honestly, this place should be shut down.

Knights Inn Diplomat, for the budget minded traveler, is the finest economy hotel of all in Hallandale, FL. Located in the center of everything, we are bordered by Miami on the south, Ft Lauderdale on the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. We are surrounded by the best the area has to offer. There are not enough hours in the day to do everything Hallandale Beach has to offer. Gulf Stream Park & Village just around the corner has world class thoroughbred racing December to April, a casino with Vegas style slots, electronic blackjack and roulette. The village features dining from 5 star to casual outdoor restaurants, a variety of high end shopping boutiques and two of the areas newest nightclubs will liven up your evening.In to golf? The Diplomat Country Club with it's signature 18 hole golf course is across the street. Water sports from fishing and diving to yachting abound. Museums, parks, festivals; what ever you want to experience its all here.Let's not forget our 23 miles of white sand beaches, so for a great vacation experience come stay at our Inn.Convenient shopping is right next door at the open air Diplomat Mall. There you will find a Starbucks, Winn-Dixie and Publix super market, Wal-Mart, banks and specialty restaurants
