We have a Brand new meeting room in the Lobby of the hotel all the way in the back of the hotel on the left. There are Mens and Womans Bathrooms outside the meeting space and we have a Kitchen directly in front of the meeting room with easy in and out access via a door from the Kitchen into the meeting room. Therefore, Hot food is the hottest and cold food is the coldest with this kitchen right next to the meeting room. This meeting space typically sells for $1,500 per day however the daily meeting room rental/setup fee depends on the Food & Beverage and Guest Room Committment from the client (i.e. overall revenue intake to the hotel).
