Welcome to the Comfort Inn, a Jamestown hotel near Jamestown College The newly remodeled Comfort Inn® hotel is centrally located north of Interstate 94, less than five miles from the Jamestown Regional Airport. This Jamestown hotel is near many local points of interest, including Jamestown College, Frontier Village, the Jamestown Reservoir, the National Buffalo Museum and Jamestown Speedway. Known as the Buffalo City, Jamestown is home to a buffalo herd, which features White Cloud, an extremely rare albino buffalo. In addition, Jamestown is also home to the World's Largest Buffalo, a 26-foot high, 46-foot long, 60-ton concrete monument. There are so many things to enjoy in Jamestown that it is difficult to even know where to begin. Activities include hunting, fishing, bird watching, nature walks, skiing, snowmobiling, boating, swimming and golfing. Many restaurants and cocktail lounges can be found around town, including the Pizza Ranch restaurant located on the premises.
