I give this resort 10 out of 10 I only had one mishap. I left my phone sitting in the gift shop when I returned received it I told them that it was my phone and even called it standing right in front of them she proceeded to tell me to describe it even though I was calling the phone standing right in her face once I describe the phone they all laugh then she decided to give it to me. I was already in a panic I am in another country and my phone is my only contact to my children or anyone in the states, I also called maintenance to fix a water leak when water was leaking in our bathroom floor they did come to check however the next morning the puddle of water was in our floor again. Customer service is a must this was the only incident that I had everything else was top notch the restaurants all of the other hostess were great however I am glad that happened at the end of my trip but I will definitely return here again the experience was everything the entertainment was great and this is a great hotel so the excitement over road any other anxieties. This was a great experience.
