Chain guard for door was pulling away from molding. Molding was pulling away from wall. We stayed a 2nd night no room cleaning at all done. No clean towels in room. Bathroom definitely needed more shelf/counter space.

I walked into a room that smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room and found a cockroach over the sink on my 1st night. I also switched rooms because I had found a cockroach near my computer. When I had switched rooms I had noticed that my red drawstring change bag that has all of the change I have collected over the years was missing. It had over $10.00 in change inside it. The tap water tasted so terrible.

I will never stay there again for have anyone I know stay there. Air conditioning not working mold in the shower and no extra pillows there were cops there and people going around ask for phone chargers and asking to use are shower and they would give us $100 if the could use the shower and people drugs outside. And rooms were nasty and dirty sheets on the bed. Very nasty place !

Well it all started whenever I checked in. I never got as much as a hello good afternoon or anything. I made a comment that you could not even see the sign for the hotel because it wasn't lit up on the I. and the one out at the Starbucks entrance was half working also. I had to exterminate the room. The beds are absolutely wore out. Whoever cleans the rooms though did a really good job for what they had to work with.

needs repair work motel needs updates bad. needs security one employee can't do it all it puts the customer off having to wate whale the one employee is dealing with other unruley people on the property it is not the employees fault it is the owner of the property.

The room was ok. People weren't to nice. Only one lady at desk was nice in the five days I was there. Door was hard to open n stuck open when u tried to close it. Had to get my cards fixed everytime I tried to get in. So many ppl were asking for ciggeretes. One was using a needle but I guess u can't help that. It was a bit scary for me n my kids.

Where do I start. We were set to stay two nights. Checked in late and checked out EARLY! Outside. There were people outside looking in cars. I reserved a Two bed first floor NON smoking room. Got there. NOPE went back to the front desk and was given a second floor option. Took it.. After hiking all bags and gear upstairs. the flooring was broken, dresser was broken and screwed together. The A/C was set to 61. the non smoking room as you pulled the sheets back had a nice large cigarette burn. and the night stand had dried BOOGERS on it. As if this isn't enough. The bed head board had gum stuck between it. And the second bed was stained with um ? Pee? Then. At 4am out of a dead sleep we heard a woman SCREAM. We checked out at 0630 thinking we were dreaming.. Nope The front desk clerk advised that police would contact us about the woman screaming this morning????? Run. Run away from this hotel.

Spent two nights in room. When we checked in room was suppose to have refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Refridgerator was good, microwave didnt work and no coffee maker. Also inspected room found three different bugs dead in corner of bathroom. Told front desk of this and told them to have housekeeping clean room and change sheets and leave clean towels and things, they left one towel, one washcloth and one hand towel. Also didnt change sheets on bed after our first night.

Broken toilet seat, a bed cover with two holes apparently burned by something and damp sheets under the blanket. There's no refrigerator, which the front desk attributed to the price I paid. I had not been informed when I made the reservation and thought the discount was due to my AAA membership. Room was cramped with the bathroom wash counter moved in. I had previously spent a night at a Hotel 6, which I'd go back.

I've stayed at this property twice in the last four months. It's fine. Some rooms have coffe pots, some don't. Sometimes the room gets cleaned during the day(I was there four nights, both visits)sometimes not. With the NRA discount, it's a fair price.

my stay started last thursday night, I drove almost 500 miles, I registered and pre paid online wednesday night from fl. I arrived between 8;;30 and 8;45 pm I went and got my key to room 142, I was so tired I did not call the front desk to tell them the heat was not working in my room, I just went to bed and finally went to sleep after four am and when I got up I called the front desk and explained to them about the heat and the water in the bath just got warm, also I asked for another room due to the foot traffic [ running ] on the breeze way untill around three or four am .and also I witnessed what appeared to be drug dealing right in front of my room from cars in the parking lot, they sent a man to check the room and after messing around for around 15 or 20 minutes he said it works, I said if it could be fixed I would be fine if the people upstairs had checked out ,or could not be so loud. I went out for the day and when I cam back in that evening and I had my friend barbara with me, we were going to relax watch a movie and then take her back home a little later. when I pulled in I could not get close to my room, the hickory city police had the parking lot covered with police cars, they were searching several rooms, for drugs is what I was told by another person, [ I dont know there name ] but I was also told that a man had been robbed. so I went to the front desk and requested another room and she was nice at first, she gave me a key to room 136 this time, so I and my friend went to that room and opened the door, it was occupied. so I then went back to the desk clerk and gave her that key and she gave me room 204 this time, I went up everything was fine, I did not bother her anymore that night, this is friday night, the next morning my friend came back to see me at my room we were getting ready to go out and go shopping around hickory, my room phone rang I answered it and the clerk jessica told me you have untill 11 am to vacate the room, I asked why, I told her I was prepaid up untill checkout on sunday morning, she said no you are leaving, I asked her was I being kicked out she said yes you are, you are to much trouble, I could not belive what I was hearing, anyway I said okay, I hung the phone up and gathered my things and loaded my van and went in and returned the keys to room 142 and 204 as I had them, I then asked to speak to the mgr, as I had been told the night before she would be there at 9;30 am, the clerk jessica said in a very rude tone she doent work on the weekends, I said okay and she was laughing at me and a hickory city police officer was in the office as this was going on, there were other customers in there, I was so offended and humiliated. I will never book with them again, I as a paying customer have never been treated this way by anyone, there was a lot said that I havent written but you get the idea of what went on. I am almost 61 years old and I have never been treated this way at a hotel anywhere in the world.

Our room was suppose to be ready by three and it wasn't. We had to wait 30 45 mins for the room to be cleaned. The room was not dusted or cleaned to a great standard. Also the parking lights flickered all night long. We won't be staying at this motel again.
