I want to comment how horrible this hotel stay has been. The most disgusting disappointment of a so called “ hotel”. Not only was it NOT disclosed that the hotel occupies to vagrant people it was the absolute filthy disgusting hotel I have ever encountered. I used the Temecula Extended Stay America many years ago when moving from SanDiego to Murrieta and it was such a pleasure interium until we got moved in our home. I have lived in Murrieta/Temecula for 26 years and recently moved out of state one year ago. This trip was made week of 6/21 6/28/25 to visit my son and daughter in law. What the Hell! I guess Newscum passed a mandate that hotels have to give up rooms to homeless and vagrants. They lied to me and only told me three rooms were used to house on a government grant when I inquired why all the homeless and obvious vagrant were there and hanging around occupying rooms. I paid $1200 for the week also. I asked for a refund and told my pre payment could not be refunded. We could not find any open hotel as well so basically screwed! I wanted to vomit at the filth! I intend to spread this as far as I can go. We had to change rooms three times. One room was so filthy, the 1st night I spend my evening mppping the floor with towels and rinsed them four times with filthy dirty water. Next room after moving had Mold. Halls, walls, elevator. furniture, trash room full and all filthy! Coffee mess out of coffee and dirty.
