Attended an 80th birthday party at your event center and stayed the night at your hotel. The entire facility was clean and attractive. The room was well insulated from sound, comfortable bed, good climate condition, attractive outside area and excellent front desk staff. Would highly recommend the hotel anf event center.

Property Description

University Park Inn & Suites is conveniently located between the gateway to downtown Davis and I-80. Our property is beautifully landscaped with ample parking. We cater to every type of traveler by offering standard spacious rooms and luxurious 2 room suites. Our suites include a separate sitting area, double queen or single king beds, sofa beds, jacuzzi tub and/ or balcony is available in some suites. Coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves are also available.Our rooms include a single queen, double queen or single king beds.All of our rooms and suites include iron/ ironing board and hair dryer, TV with remote, cable and HBO, 2-line phone with voice mail and data port, internet access (wireless is available in the suites), and electronic door locks.Complimentary continental breakfast is served in the lobby. Guests may make free local and 800 calls, and fax and copy services are available for a nominal charge. A computer station with internet access and printer is available for use in the lobby, as well as complimentary newspapers. Guests may relax outdoors amidst the scenic landscape and our beautiful swimming pool. Complimentary passes to a nearby fitness room and sauna are included. Also, an open fireplace conference room with patio is available for all occasions. Hotel has 24-hour front desk service, handicap accessibility and smoking rooms available by request. Pets are allowed with a deposit.Caffe Italia is located on premises.
