Situated on 450 acres among the boulder-strewn hills of San Diego's North County, this popular destination offers you a wealth of floor plans to match your needs. Whether you stay in a 1-bedroom villa or Two-bedroom villa you can enjoy the five recreation centers that offer unique experiences for all. Be sure to check out our stunning 6,000 square foot fitness center, featuring spin and yoga rooms, state-of-the-art strength and cardio machines and a two-story climbing wall. Additional resort amenities include two golf courses, lighted tennis courts, a weekly farmers' market, and downtown village featuring shopping, dining, theater and even our own Starbucks!The Welk by Vacation Club Rentals features great options when it comes to dining. In the downtown plaza start with the Canyon Grille, a full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. For a quick bite, there's Pizza Hut Express, always a family favorite. Visit The Market for a full Starbucks coffee menu or to pick up a few vacation staples or a quick lunch from the soup and salad bar. You'll also find a large selection of local craft beer as well as wine and spirits. If you're out and about on the resort, our 9th Hole Snack Shack and convenient poolside kiosks at Mountain and Boulder Springs have great options for a quick snack, a cold beer, or a sandwich made to order. Resort Information: Units are assigned upon check-in. Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 10:00am. Special requests are honored based upon availability. Most villas have steps to the door and elevator service is unavailable. Note:ADA, special requests and no-step villas are limited, if you require one of these units please contact the reservations or resort directly prior to making your reservation to confirm availability. Reservation Deposit/Cancellation Policy:You MUST present a valid Credit Card used to secure this reservation at check-in along with a valid Photo ID. 30-day cancellation policy; any cancellations or changes must be 31-days or greater to avoid penalty equal to the full stay. Pets are not allowed. Service animals are allowed when accompanying a person with disabilities, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals are not protected under this law and are not allowed at this resort. A $400 fee may be charged for violation of this policy, in addition to any damages assessed by the property by the animal. All Vacation Club Rentals are non-smoking resorts. Smoking in the guest room or villa will be subjected to a $250 cleaning fee. Please smoke only in designated outdoor smoking areas.
