My husband and l booked a room for one nite on 15Feb25. The room was in poor condition.,ie curtains falling, A/C unit leaking outside, water was cold and took over 30 mins just to get slightly warm. Not to mention one of the beds had broken springs. We had no other options to stay elsewhere because everything in the area was booked. Wyndam should be ashamed to have their name on this property!

We are just 20 minutes from world-famous Cocoa Beach, the Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral and only one hour from all of Orlando's major theme parks. We offer clean, comfortable rooms, complimentary continental breakfast, a terrific picnic/barbecue area adjacent the outdoor pool and a recently added Fitness room. Need a place to get together? Orlando International Airport- Approximately 35 miles: Exit the airport and access 528 East. Follow to 528 East to Interstate 95. Go south on I-95 to exit 201, turn left and Cocoa Inn is 1 block on the right hand side.
Local Shuttle Info: We use a local shuttle service for our guests to the port. $7 for the first 2 people. $6 for every head after the first 2 (regardless of age) (one-way)
