Was unable to make the trip so had to cancel. Logged into my account and entered my confirmation number to cancel. Then I just went to the website. Received messages that they were unable to locate my reservation although I was charged for it when I made the reservation in April. I sent a message to cancel my reservation. No acknowledgement that it was received. Later I received texts reminding me about checkin and then later with a receipt. I can't give a review because I had to cancel but I certainly had difficulty navigating my reservation online.

Welcome to the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Each guetroom is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, WiFi, inroom coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and more. Start each day with our complimentary hot breakfast, and enjoy our onsite Wissota Chophouse seven days a week. Our beautiful new hotel is conveniently located near everything that Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin has to offer including The Leinenkugel Brewery, St. Joseph's Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital, Wissota Airport, Chippewa Valley Technical College, Lakeland College – Chippewa Valley Center, and more. Our hotel provides easy access for traveling to and from U.S. Highway 53, as well as Highways 124, 178, and 29. Located north of Interstate 94, our hotel is within 15 miles of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
