We were pleased with everthing. We had a trying time with my wife tripping at the breakfast buffet (no fault of the hotel) and taken to.the ER. They could not have been nicer. The manager and other guests were very caring. All employees were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

My stay at the Embassy Suites in Jacksonville Florida was great. Great staff. Great comfort. The breakfast was top tier. The evening drinks hit the spot. Great atmosphere. Looking forward to staying there again.
