"Didn’t even stay there, they took my money though."

Called the hotel, booked a room at 8:20 pm took all my info and my money, cleared with them that it was a late check in. Got to the hotel at 11:00 was told they were booked. I told them I have a confirmation and had already paid. The man at the desk told me me I booked through a third party and that they put in booked out at 9 pm, I told him I booked at 8:20, he said they were booked and wouldn't help me further! So I had to scramble to try to find a place to sleep for the night! I have been trying to get my money back but still haven't! Don't trust them!
