We got this place due to an impulse decision and getting the last opening on a Friday morning. We feel really lucky. The staff went out of their way, got my granddaughter milk and a snack the first night. So kind. The breakfast was very good and fun to make waffles. The pool is perfect, safe and clean and good temperature. I loved the room, the beds, super clean. We were really happy.

My wife and I felt welcomed when we checked in and the agent at the main desk was cheerful and noticed our age/baggage and moved us to a 1st floor room. The breakfast was basic but good. Compared to the Hilton Tru in Concord, Quality Inn wins hands down.
