I made a reservation on February 21, 2021 for the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Cypress Station for a MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE room. Itinerary #H3370410 / Confirmation #7717101 We arrived on March 5, 2021 around 5:00 p.m. THERE WAS NOT A MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE room available. And, my credit card had already been charged for this room on February 22, 2021! I had a disabled, elderly woman with me and OUR ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE that I paid for on February 22, 2021! Anna, the manager, initiated no resolution other than going to put us into a regular room. She made no attempt to offer a refund. Really?! I had to request a suite. There was no suite available, as well. This is absolutely ridiculous the disabled and elderly are treated this way! Anna finally said we could go next door to the Hampton Inn Houston Cypress Station and they had a suite, NOT A MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE room, available. The Hampton Inn Houston Cypress Station is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and dust was all over the tile floor, making it slippery to walk on. My elderly friend cannot walk well and uses a cane. Thank goodness it didn't end bad with a fall. And again, we could only get a suite, NOT THE MOBILITY ACCESSIBLE room I reserved! Hampton Inn Houston Cypress Station did not charge me for our stay, BUT.. Hilton Garden Inn Houston Cypress Station did charge me on February 22, 2021 for 1) not even staying in your hotel and 2) not having a mobility accessible room which WAS NEEDED. Extremely poorly managed. Unprofessional on behalf of Anna and her representation of Hilton Hotels. And, I am extremely disappointed that the Hilton Hotel chain treats the disabled and elderly community in such disregard. I would like a full refund for the reservation I paid for and did not receive. $92.23 Itinerary Number: H3370410 Confirmation Number: 7717101 Guest Name: Susan Spruce Check In: March 5, 2021 Check Out: March 6, 2021 (there was no check out b/c we did not stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Cypress Station).

The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out. Immaculately clean not to mention quiet and peaceful. I must say that I enjoyed my stay :) will be using them again in the near future if in the area.
