I booked a room at your hotel as birthday gifts for my son and grandson. Saturday morning my son advised someone at your front desk that the shower head was broken and was told someone would repair it. Sunday upon checkout still not repaired. Two day stay without a shower. NO sleep either as it was extremely noisy. My son also went to the front desk on Saturday morning to advise of this and was told they would try to find another room on another floor. Needless to say, that didn't happen either. What should have been a memorable experience ended with my grandson and son leaving your hotel feeling frustrated, dirty and completely exhausted in search of other accommodations to have a shower and get some sleep. Exorbitant rates and extremely poor service.

I always have a very high opinion about the previous visits to Hilton Hotels. The rooms are very well planned. But alas, Service was not to a level of our expectations. 1. The room was never cleaned or redone although we were told that it will be done. Despite two visits down to customer front desk nobody appeared. I requested for fresh towels and an hour or two later a bag full of towels were hung on door handle. Great. but no cleaning or room servicing or ding beds etc. 2. The hotel room had two nice size TVs. We did not have much time but on the last day we were watching weather forecast prior to our flight back to US. Around 10.00AM I went down to the front desk to clear my bills although I had prepaid everything ahead of time. To my amazement came the news that we were watching a movie for the last about one 1/2 hour that morning itself and there may be a charge. I was shocked to hear that. We were only on the LIVE TV and actually watching weather news. So I clearly denied and stated that we were not watching any movie. Finally, after a lot of convincing and by the God's Grace the front desk person understood and agreed and waived the charge. But watch out for this amazing software by Hilton. In their own words it is a very sensitive software and a remote control! Clearly be on the watch. It can charge you for a service that you never received.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and our rooms were lovely. The staff at the restaurant were excellent. My only disappointment came from the check in staff who told me numerous times that my requests could not be accommodated because I booked through a third party DESPITE my repeated response that I ordered through the Hilton reservation number listed in this hotels website. It was NOT a third party. It would have been nice if an effort could have been made to try to accommodate my requests instead of leaving me to feel slighted.

We were told that we would get a complimentary breakfast when we booked in. It would be a good idea if the staff told us that it was a continental breakfast as we were expecting a hot breakfast not a cold breakfast. This one item put a damper on our stay. If we had known this we would not have wasted time going for breakfast. Breakfast should be hot.

Concierge staff was wonderful. I recommend the spa facilities. My friends and I got RMT massages and loved them. We had a room with two double beds and a sofa bed. The room and facilities were clean. We had a lovely experience and would recommend this location.

Right at the point of registration, the desk staff was pleasant, informative, accommodating and very helpful. The staff remained available at all times. This even more impressive given the restrictive situation imposed by the COVID pandemic. This hotel is highly recommended.

I am a light sleeper. I travel all over the world. I always ask for a quiet room. I have never had a problem until now. I asked for a room away from the elevator, ice machine and street noise. I was here for 7 days. The first room they put me by the ice machine. The second room smelled. The 3rd room was on a lower floor so there was street noise. Really? So then guess what they move me to a higher floor right by the elevator. Did I mention the place is so outdated that the air conditioner vents rattle all night..Customer service here is the worst.. the best is when you check out they ask you if you are ready to book your next stay. The front desk is nasty and they go out of their way to do the opposite of what you ask. Their response is we are so busy. I have stayed in much busier places than. Marham and have never had a problem. I would stay somewhere else in the neighborhood.

I requested a quiet room away from ice machine and elevator and noise in general. I get to the hotel early. They say I will need to wait two hours so they can get a room that will accommodate me. After waiting for two hours they show me a room by the ice machine? So then they show me a 2nd room that smells like it was not clean. They finally gave me a noisy room and told me they could not help me. I have to say I have never had an issue like this before. Staff is rude and rooms are certainly not four stars.
