First checked into hotel and walked into room to have ketchup stains and other stains on bathroom door and walls, then had dirty pillows cases with stains. I politely asked if I could get a new room and the front desk lady was rude saying we're booked and no rooms available with attitude then just said we will have someone clean it up.

The hotel needs to be updated badly. The TV was not working. I understand they are going to be fixing both of these things. The bartender was friendly. The check in staff were cool and reserved.
