The rooms were not clean. The shower was dirty, bathroom floor had dirt on it and looked like it had not been swept in ages. Carpet was dirty in the room and outside in the hall way. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The breakfast buffet is a joke for what you pay for it. It was your average free continental breakfast at any other hotel. Our server was sweating and kept wiping his face and forehead and never washed hands. It's too bad as it is a beautiful hotel.
