Everything we needed was in our room. The room was immaculate, and we appreciated the attention to detailed cleaning in the public spaces. All of the staff were helpful and available when needed. The complimentary breakfast was hot, plentiful and accommodating to preferences. When I had to call back after checkout Amelia was so very patient and helpful. We will definitely return to the hotel if we are in Windsor again and will seek this chain in other cities.
