This is my 4th time staying here, and it's been fun watching J Resort evolve. The rooms in the Aspen Tower are beautiful and clean, with a fridge, microwave, and stunning views. A special shout-out to the table game pit—especially Pit Boss Bead and Dealer Cristina, who were incredibly helpful, particularly when setting your hand at the Pai Gow table. I'm sure the best is yet to come for this beautiful property, and I'll definitely return soon! 👊🏻👊🏻

From check in to check out, I was impressed with J Resort. Our room was clean at the Aspen Tower. The front desk was very helpful. Besides the great buffet my biggest shout out goes to Cristina in the gaming area. As we approached the Pai Gow table she recognized us and remembered our last visit details and all. We laughed with her and just love her personality! She deserves a big shout out. Pit boss Brad was also fantastic. He helped me set my hand and allowed me to collect a win even though I set my hand incorrectly. The second time he let me know that if I was not able to set my hand let the dealer assist me. It was a great four hour session.

My original room had a shower that wouldn't drain and a broken TV so they switched me to another room with the same issues. The water in the shower also wouldn't get or stay hot. Terrible fake Starbucks in the lobby serving day old coffee out of the airpot as cold brew.

Very clean hotel. The Cedar Tower Skyline Suite was perfect for me and my family, it was spacious with two bathrooms and a small bar where we could sit and eat.

We really liked our experience at the J! We did a last minute booking on our drive from Seattle to Vegas. The snack bar ( I think Hannas) made a really good sandwich and coffee. The only downfall for me was the lack of table games. We showed up around 6 on a Friday night and left about 10 Saturday morning and I never saw a table open for play. I would have liked to do that in the one night we were there.

Rooms are very clean, updated and comfortable. Wish they had a microwave in it. Wish the check in for the hotel was closer to an exterior door. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Staff was very personable and helpful. Italian restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend.

Folks are nice, but management is VERY STINGY with towels and sheets. We reserved a triple family suite with two double beds and a pull out sofa. There were NO EXTRA BEDDING for the sofa bed and only two sets of towels were available. We called down for extra bedding to make up the sofa bed and for extra towels TWICE in span of four hours and each time they said they needed to collect the towels and get them to us, but can deliver bedding “right away”. It never happened. We stayed two nights and same response the next night— poor service. Who runs a hotel with lack of towels and bedding?.

I've stayed here many times. The hotel desk staff is friendly and they do their best to accommodate you in the best way possible. The bartenders and waitresses are great and friendly and they get fast drinks. The dealers are friendly and fun they make the games fun, they also help you out if you don't know how to play. The rooms are remodeled and they are very clean and spacious. They have rooms with balconies where you can sit or party outside.
