Property Description

Los Naranjos is located in the quiet area of Salgar, southeast of Sant Lluis. It is very close to the main beaches in the area, bathing areas are very close and easily accessible on foot. The apartments are just 10 km from the airport and 8 km from the capital of Menorca, Mahon.The complex consists of 44 apartments, some with sea views, a central pool with child-friendly, green areas, terraces for sunbathing, reception and a restaurant / snack bar where you can have breakfast a la carte or enjoy our buffet breakfast, you can also have lunch / dinner and take any soda or ice cream at any time of day. At 100 meters from the complex there is a sports area where you can rent tennis courts, paddle tennis, mini golf, bike tours, etc.The spacious apartments (renewed 2016 and 2017), 60 square meters, has two double bedrooms and two sofa bed in the salon, bathroom with bath towels, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster , oven and utensils, a large dining room and a balcony.
