It is a modern American restaurant that is meant to speak to, and positively impact, the Napa Valley. The estate's new Meadowood Spa offers a unique all-suite concept, creating an elevated spa experience and providing guests with a true sense of retreat and privacy. The spa suites are designed to perform every treatment and include all amenities needed so guests do not have to relocate or move during their spa day unless they choose to use the Spa's Relaxation Gardens. An exquisite Spa Culinary Menu, designed by Chef Victoria Acosta of The Grill at Meadowood, offers healthy options for guests to enjoy in their suites or the Relaxation Gardens. At the culinary helm of the estate's banqueting team is Chef Alejandro Ayala who joined the kitchen staff at Meadowood more than twenty-five years ago and has served as Executive Banquet Chef for the last fourteen years. Chef Ayala and his team produce cuisine for weddings, executive retreats and special events both on the estate, as well as private locales.
