We enjoyed our stay at the Four Points Sheraton. The staff was so nice and helpful and our room was perfect clean, good quality towels and sheets and it overlooked the harbor. Highly recommend.

The Juneau, AK Four Points by Sheraton is clean, nicely decorated and modern. The staff is friendly and efficient and the location is very nice, facing the harbor and centrally located. Our room was comfortable as was the bed but there was not enough lighting. No ceiling lights at all which made it hard to pack at night. Also, the blockout curtains were too short so light started coming very early. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Our hotel also faces the Seadrome Marina and is within walking distance of cruise ship docks. The Alaska State Capitol and government offices are nearby, as are museums, the citys historic shopping district, and a variety of restaurants.All under One Roof. We have everything you need to be productive or unwind. Keep in touch with free wireless High Speed Internet Access in the business center and throughout the hotel. Make time for a good workout in our state-of-the-art fitness center.Great Views for Everyone. Our seven-story hotel features 106 spacious, recently updated guest rooms. Those that face south overlook Gastineau Channels harbors and cruise ships, while north-facing rooms provide stunning mountain and city views. Public areas, guest rooms, and elevators/stairs are disinfected multiple times daily. Guest rooms are cycled to remain empty for 72 hours and all surfaces and linens are disinfected. Staff are screened for sign of illness and not allowed to return to work without a doctor's advice. Food and Beverage operations practice 10ft sitting distance and only disinfected and/or disposable items are used to serve guests.
