"Disappoint with our Stay."

It seems I was overcharged for my room. We were supposed to have a suite but instead we had an ordinary room with two queen beds and one bathroom. No one called us to ask if we needed towels or our room cleaned. I was very disappointed. The room and the towels were clean when they cleaned it. I was just disappointed this time.
