Located in a strategic position we are just at the border of no traffic zone, for his reason you can easly reach our property and park the car nearby; EVERYTHING is easily accessible by walking, from our property to the opposit end of the historical part of the city, it only takes two kilometers.A short walk from our Property you can find the Fortezza da Basso , exhibition and fair center of Florence , the Palace of Congress and the central station of Santa Maria Novella, everything less than 500 meters.in our area and you can easily find , pharmacy , pizzeria and restaurants , supermarkets and shops of all kinds , but especially just 50 meters from your flat the Ninfa's bar where you can taste the best pastries and cappuccino in the city for a good start to your day .Studio for two persons is equipped with 1 double sofa bed.Studio for three persons is equipped with 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed.Studio for four persons is equipped with one double bed and two single beds.Studio for five persons is equipped with one double sofa bed, one double bed and one single bed.Every large apartment is equipped with regular beds and mixed from single beds to double beds.Our apartments are not rented in sharing mode , so your privacy is guaranteed and each apartment or studio has all private facilities, are all equipped with bed linen and towels, we make the change of linen once a week and only for reservations that are staying 7+ nights only, keep the apartment clean and tidy is your responsibility, the only thing that you have to leave clean at your departure is the kitchen and all its tools and kitchenware.Every studio and apartments is equipped with the following equipment: Kitchenette with dishes , cutlery and crockery for cooking your favorite food, Toaster, microwave and kettler or moka machine, Private bathroom with shower , hair-dryer, bidet and wc, Iron boarding Dishes cleaning product and soap dispenser, TV with digital decoder, and free WiFi Heating ( winter ) or air conditioning (summer ) with individual controll panel, small refrigerator without freezer. (Suite Alamanni and Suite Elisabetta are equipped with full size fridge with freezer, Sky world channel (available for Elisabetta suite only), 24/7 emergency number for assistance or help, Bachelor parties, birthday parties or not allowed. Some apartments will be on the upper floors with no elevator , if you have trouble walking ask for information before making a reservation NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ALL FLATS.
