Although my kids had a good time, the hotel room was dirty. Tubs weren't properly cleaned and there was no house keeping when we asked for an extra comforter. Pool area wasn't swept nor moped from the night before. Also, when going to the front desk, the receptionist there was eating. It was a mess! Our first and sure enough last time there!
