Property description
The Hotel Kristall-Saphir is a family-run three star superior hotel with an
excellent infrastructure set in the pictoresque village of Saas Almagell, next to Saas-Fee.
We are located at the beginning of the village on a quiet and sunny spot, next to the bus stop,
10 minutes away from Saas-Fee & Saas-Grund. The bus is free of charge.
In summer at the front of the hotel you might wish to relax surrounded by a lovely
blooming garden (restaurant) with its natural fish pond and a play-ground.
Our Restaurant shall provide you a fine cuisine within nice atmosphere.
An aboundand Buffet allows you to enjoy your breakfast at will.
Our Chef daily prepares a 4 courses half-board menu (2 starters, on choice, main course and dessert).
The hotel has 55 rooms. We are aple to accommodate 100 - 110 guests.
Each room with shower/WC, hairdryer, balcony, Sat-Flat-TV, Wifi
2 dining-rooms, 2 lounges with open fireplaces, playing room in the basement,
sauna, jacuzzi, solarium, steam-bath, tepidarium, fitness-local, ping-pong room,
2 ski rooms and lift. Ski bus stop right next to the hotel.

We can offer you our conference room (90 m²) in the basement and also our dining-room Kristall (100m2)
Equipment: 2 beamer, projector and 2 flip-charts.
The conference room includes a nice catering bar. Bright lighting and a modern design, as well as daylight all go to make you feel good.
Why not combine your conference, for up to 30 participants, with a holiday, skiing or a wellness break.
We also specialize in outdoor conferences, Nordic-Walking, snowshoe tours, expeditions through the gorges or nature hikes.

The sunny Saas Valley is situated amidst the highest mountains in Switzerland.
Majestic four-thousand-metre peaks, glaciers so close you could almost touch them, a deep blue sky: that's the Saas Valley.

WINTER:
Apart from being able to ski up to an altitude of 3600 m above sea-level,
visitors also benefit from a wide variety of shops and entertainment.
The ski-bus stop to Saas Fee and Saas Grund is just in front of the our house.
We may even offer a free bus service to the slopes of Saas Almagell by our Hotel Taxi.
Saas-Almagell is the most southerly village in the Saas Valley and is situated at 1600 metres above sea-level.
It has retained the character of a typical Valais mountain village to the present day.

Guaranteed snow, a mild, southerly climate low in allergens, superb scenery and unspoilt villages are
our trump cards and are to guarantee you an unforgettable holiday.
Our Valley (Saastal / Saas-Fee) has available activities for skiers of different levels and also for non-skiers,

SUMMER:
The Saas Valley enjoys a mild, evenly-balanced climate despite its high altitude, as indicated by the unusually
high tree-line and the rich and colourful alpine flora among other things. Visitors can enjoy around 300 days of sunshine a year.
Saas-Almagell has a wide and varied network of hiking paths.
The Mattmark dam with its easy, virtually flat circular trail is a favourite destination.

Apart from its 350 km-long network of hiking paths, the Saas Valley also has a wide variety of
summer activities for both old and young:
